No payment = no refund needed. Demo is provided free of charge.

Manual Analysis Fee ($15)

The $15 analysis fee is **non-refundable**. It covers expert time spent reviewing your file, regardless of repair outcome.

Full Repair Fee

If we provide a quote for full recovery and you pay, refunds are possible only if:

• We cannot repair the file at all after payment
• Request is made within 7 days of delivery

Refunds are issued via original payment method minus transaction fees.
